What's the best treatment for Sciatic back and leg pain?
I did some research on Interventional pain management and osteopathic manipulation.

I had a MRI along with the shots in my back,
9 weeks of Physical therapy and
4 sessions with chiropractic treatment (still going on) with no results.

I doubt at 83 years old surgery would be out of the question, but
I do have a appointment with a neurosurgeon in Gainsville in a couple weeks

Any ideas going forward
