Thank you for the suggestion. It is the fresh water line connected to the water dispenser. When it first happened I insulated the freezer door on the inside after watching a YouTube video and it worked for a good while.

The freezer has a temperature setpoint of 8 degs. It should not be reaching -17 degs.
