I’ve never heard of a bulging disc receding. Any sciatic pain I agree needs an MRI to see exactly what discs are involved. It’s usually due to a narrowing of the discs which pinches the nerves. They have minimally intrusive procedures to solve the problem. But unless you really can’t tolerate the pain, don’t have any back surgery. Theres many many alternatives.
