I've lived in two of the most beautiful areas in Florida, Key Biscayne and Hutchinson Island and had ocean front views. Moving to TV was the wisest decision I ever made because we bought into a life style that is unique as well as stimulating. I value privacy a great deal so living close to other families was something I was concerned about but it has not been a problem. TV is not for everyone but those of us who live here have no regrets which is very telling. As far as the IRS is concerned, I'll cross that bridge when it happens, in the meantime I'm having a ball.
