It sound like you want a door to the bathroom from the hallway. Any decent carpenter should be able to do it.
Most bathrooms off a hallway are probably pocket doors. It is hard to imagine a home that has a bathroom with no door. Even in a main bedroom the main bath always (?) has a door.
Bathrooms off a hallway are generally small - aka powder rooms, or half-bath - only toilet and a vanity. They usually won't have room for a door to swing inward. Do you want a swinging door? Is there room for one? Which side would be hinged? Swinging into bathroom or into hall?
With pocket doors, you need to look at the location of plumbing and electric. Are there any long nails, screws or lag bolts in the wall on either side of the wall?
