We have the same situation, and I was able to get the house plans from Sumter County, and in our case the rear 20 feet right of way is measured from the edge of the sidewalk, so we had to be real careful with landscaping and the birdcage addition.
Get a copy of your plat plan this will have the necessary information, and you can make copies to provide ARC when you go to make changes to landscaping or building.
