I informed them at least a month before of the repairs needed. Their failure to get it done in within the warranty time is not my issue. Now, if it was a more complicated thing they would have a huge issue with me. I would not let it go. But as mentioned, it's just paint.

Unfortunately for me, I am not there full time. I won't be back to paint until November. I do have some paint, not sure which colors so I have to check and I have no issue painting. But I have no primer. I don't recall if the paint was paint/primer in one or if they use primer anyhow.
