Linda....they are not whispering about you. There was an article in the paper about a family get together utilizing 3 houses and 12 guest ids.

I'm with TPOP on this one... I don't see the guest policy as a problem. For all the folks visiting at Christmastime there are an equal or greater number of residents out of town, so, it all balances out.

Part of living in TV is accepting that we are viewed as a vacation/resort destination with a lot of seasonal renters and visitors. This is different from other 55+ communities that have stricter policies on rentals, visitors, access gates, etc. Like others, I enjoy sharing and "showing off" our community to visitors. Personally, I think the guest pass program works just fine the way it is. We need the seasonal visitors and renters to sustain our business community that us full timers enjoy year 'round.
