It looks like Uni is by EPass ( not EZ Pass) and is the EPass equivalent of the SunPass PRO.

So the options seem to be...
Stay in FL: SunPass, EPass
Travel in MD and VA (and probably others): EZ Pass
Travel most places east of the Mississippi: SunPass Pro, Uni, or have a separate EZ Pass plus a EPass or SunPass

Note that carrying two passes can result in paying twice if a highway accepts both. This has happened to me.
