The ARC should put out a statement that if you are replacing your shingles with ones that are similar and a color that is in line with other colors in the Villages you need not get ARC approval. With all the damages in Florida the color selection will be limited.
Any thoughts? I wonder if anyone on the ARC reads these posts.

In most cases go onto the warranty website and you can get the manufacturer and color of your shingles.
Insurance companies will pay for wind damage repairs but your deductible comes into play. Some roofing companies want to do an entire replacement so the bid will cover your deductible.
