It's amazing how quickly it heats up water. As you know--it simply does not operate unless you turn in a hot water faucet and start drawing water--so you can go away for weeks and don't have to shut down the currrent to anything--then come back and start drawing hot water within a minute or so.
I would say the only drawback is that you probably use a little more water because when you turn on the hot water faucet you have a period of time ( less than a minute ) whereby you afe only getting cold water out of the faucet versus maybe fifteen seconds? with a conventional hot water heater ( that's because THAT heater has been keeping water hot ALL THE TIME--even though you have not had a need for hot water--for possibly many hours or even longer! ).

Is your tankless system here in TV?
If so, did you replace a tank with it?
Who was the installer?
Has your water bill increased since you went went tankless?
