California legislating change TOWARD Electric non-polluting vehicles is no more a Dictatorship than back when the US government required NEW automobiles to have seat belts. It is the same PRINCIPLE ......government supporting change in the RIGHT direction. There is a good chance that 10 years from now that 50% of all new car, truck, and golf cart sales in the US are ELECTRIC vehicles.
