Default Medical information and/or Do Not Resuscitate Form
Do you have a copy of your Do Not Resuscitate form or list of medications, etc. somewhere in your home, so in case of emergency, others will have access to it?

We have a list of our medications and medical conditions on the inside door of our medicine cabinet and am wondering if there should also be another place to put it.
