Not a secret, they have a set schedule for multiple states, and cities. Just go to their travel website
Before 2020 they would set up in a hotel with samples of everything they had, you filled out paper and walked outside to truck for pickup.
Once they resumed sales, after pandemic, you get email about a month ahead. You can preorder, and pick up, everything is outside now, so bring an umbrella, line can sometimes be 45 minutes. If it’s raining less.
We have always preordered, because it’s a shorter line for pickup. Truck also brings other goodies made in MI, like cookies, chips, jams Pinconning cheese, and such.
We r from MI and get kogel coney and freeze. But our heart is still with National coney. We get a five pound brick sent that will last us about 8 months.
