Just last week, Elizabeth Moakler invited Villagers to join her LIVE Online Zumba Gold classes. Inquiries about the classes have been strong and steady. "We haven't seen a bump like this since last year when AARP national began carrying them LIVE. There is definitely a curiosity about doing the class in your own home, skipping the trip to the gym. Some folks want the workout without feeling embarrassed that they are not coordinated or keeping up with all the moves."
