I don't think you can do it. Even if you could, there is still a gap until the show starts so you have a choice of watching a commercial or a blank screen. I usually DVR most shows - including sport shows - and start watching about 1/3 of the way through. That way, you can fast forward through commercials and you should be live late in the third quarter.
