One of the only places around here where I found burnt ends too. After eating, we always leave with a pound of each to enjoy for the rest of the week. The owner started with a food truck and beat Bobby Flay on the Food Network channel. Also, Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives did a segment on them a couple years ago.
