Default What's the lowest price on a model?
There is a listing right now on The Villages site for a Juniper in Hadley for 249K and they paid 273K for it. It can't be more than two years old, because Hadley is new.

I was really surprised. That is the lowest price I have ever seen for that model.

What is the lowest price you have seen for your home model?
