Does anyone have a recommendation for a Real Estate Home appraiser?
I need this market value for estate purposes and it needs to be a "date of death" type. It is completely overwhelming to find a competent reliable appraiser and be sure they have TV experience/knowledge since it is a special real estate market.
Thanks in advance for any experience (positive or negative) to narrow down my search.
