I need this market value for estate purposes and it needs to be a "date of death" type. It is completely overwhelming to find a competent reliable appraiser and be sure they have TV experience/knowledge since it is a special real estate market.

I don't have a specific recommendation, but I can tell you that any competent appraiser should be able to provide what you need. There's nothing special or unusual about the TV home market.
