Default Districts 12 and 13 Amenities sell off to private entities
I read an article in the POA bulletin stating that the Sumter Landing Community Development District (SLCDD) is planning to sell the Southern Amenities and Amenity Fee Stream.

My question is, how will this sale effect amenities in Districts 12 and 13?
