Default golf point system
Bonus points are awarded if your requested tee time is missed by an hour or more. eg, If you request 8AM and get 9AM then you will receive .10 bonus points. if your requested the time is missed by 2 hours you get .20 bonus points.

Booklet published by TV explains point system in detail, including penalty and bonus points. You might want to pick one up.
