Where will the thousands of new retirees in the next decade decide to live? Central Florida seems a very likely place IMHO. That includes places like the Orlando metro area, Ocala and of course The Villages. Brace yourself for continued rapid growth of The Villages!
Flip a coin and/or ask me in 2 years. Have same thoughts. We came from the east coast of Florida and insurance was high then($4,500 in 2020) and now a lot more higher (do not have exact number but friends are paying 7K for similar homes)
