Like the old adage says, it usually comes down to four things:
1. Price;
2. Location;
3. Location;
4. Location.
I had a neighbor that had his house on the market for three years. Couldn't figure out why he couldn't get the target price he had in his head. Eventually, with the pandemic and all, the market caught up to his asking price and he sold it. He was bewildered also. SMH.
