If you are using an Xfinity cable box, you are not streaming. That is why the OP's post needs clarification. What type of Roku device does the OP have, what type of Xfinity box is it, and how is it connected? Without more information, the OP's issue cannot be resolved. A new Roku stick only costs about $50, so trying to fix a 10 or 15 year old Roku device is not worth doing. Just buy new Roku devices.
