I have had 3 different neuromas remove from my left foot. They were done by 2 different highly rated surgeons, in Michigan. None of them worked and they don’t know why. If you’re not familiar with the term “stump neuroma” it would be wise to look it up. I believe that my surgery’s were unsuccessful because scar tissue is causing inflammation, they grew back within a year or they are stump neuromas that were missed (my last surgery was to remove a stump neuroma). Of course, my results may not be yours, and I don’t mean to discourage you from having yours removed…. just conveying my experience.
