There are also the (numerous) estate sales in and around The Villages. They're usually listed in The Daily Sun. The ones that are brokered tend to be pricey, but there are also non-brokered sales as well as garage sales, several-family rummage sales, etc. I'd check them out as well.

If, I understand the original post they are not able to move or install the equipment. Stuff is simply not made to last. Our previous home we were still using a Maytag washing machine that came with the used house when we bought it. We lived in the house for 40 years and it was still working.
