What it means
The plaintiff must prove that their claims are more likely true than not. This means that the plaintiff must show that something is more likely to be true than not, such as 50.1% versus 49.9%.
It is more reasonable than not for the bee to have come from next door than anywhere else.

In order to do that, you must first identify the bee that stung you. If you didn't save the bee after stinging you (they die right after the sting), you have no proof it was even a bee at all. It could've been a wasp, or some bee OTHER than a honeybee. Bees and wasps tend to co-exist in the same areas afterall.
