Have you checked with Groome?, yes I understand you asked about car services, but seeing there have been no replies, you may want to check with Groome and see if they have this option. There is a local company that rents stuff for small children, this could be a source for the seats, then you would need to make arrangements for the car service to meet to install the seat(s) and go to the airport.
Make sure if you use a local car company they are licensed and insured.
