We are using Bo's Buggies in January. 808-419-1408 He's somewhat new but sounded OK when I spoke with him about a rental. $447 Yamaha QuietTech
This past January we used JJ Golf Carts 352-853-9701and they were great although the prices went up quite a bit this year. They were about $100 more this year. Both were for 2 seat carts.
