I think they do require the little ones to have pool diapers on.
Rio Grand Family pool ("the pee pool") has also been closed because of "floaters"
left from some of the little ones.
That is why we use the adult pools instead of the one right next to our home.
p.s. I think lowering the age from 10 to 1 for I.D. cards is good. In the summer I have seen people with groups of kids come use the pool on a regular basis. When the recreation people come by some of the adults get in the pool so that they don't get checked.
