I don't disagree but these are the laws that we have. I'm not likely to drive 35mph down Morse but I know what the law is so I won't be complaining if I'm ticketed.
In this discussion I have more problems with those saying the cart is unstable at anything over 15mph or that the brakes are insufficient to stop it from 20mph. Both statements seem like they come from someone who has never driven a cart. I know I have never had a stability problem at 20mph and the brakes *did* keep me from T-boning the truck that pulled out in front of me.
