I think that The Villagers would be safer in the 35 MPH vehicles that need to be street licensed. The vehicle cost would probably not be much extra. The license plate cost and insurance would be an extra cost, but the added SAFETY of one's life is worth the cost. The vehicle would probably drive more comfortably than ANY golf car. It would have a lower center of gravity, so would be less likely to tip over compared to a golf car.

Yep, all those carts that go over 15 are racking up quite a body count 😂😂😂
