Can you comment about the age groups in each area? Thank you. MarvinH
I live in the far north (Woodbury) and I'm 59. I chose it up here because it's quieter. It's feels more like a neighborhood than a resort if that makes any sense. There are lots of mature oak trees that shade the multi modal paths, which makes it really nice for biking and walking, especially in the summer heat. There is also less traffic in the neighborhoods and a ton of shopping nearby (mostly on 441 and 466). Once they build the Costco on 466 I literally have everything I need within about 6 miles. I couldn't really tell you the age demographic but I would say the majority of people that live in my neighborhood are in their late 60s to early 70s, with a handful in their 80s.

I am also not aware of one person in my neighborhood that has their adult children or grandchildren living with them. I think it is very rare, it just sounds more pervasive if you read the village news, lol.

To each his own, but I personally wouldn't like living next-door to people who are regularly partying on their lanai or having driveway parties until late in the evening. In fact, if it ever gets to that point up here I will probably move out of the villages and buy some acreage over in Inverness somewhere.
