There is one new law in Florida you forgot to mention. That is the law that specifies that if the leader of a group of bicyclists stops at a stop sign then a total of ten bikers can proceed through the intersection without stopping. You can see how this can eliminate each bicyclist having to stop and go which can antagonize some auto drivers who would have to wait and wait for each individual biker to stop and then start out at a slow speed through an intersection. There are other laws being considered such as allowing bicyclists to roll through intersections if all is clear. A number of states in the USA have passed such legislation. The quicker a bicyclist can get through roundabouts and intersections the safer it is for both bikers and motorists.
