If you are doing 15, then someone passing you at 22 looks exactly like you think you are doing 20 and someone is passing you at 27.

I would like to know, from Police reports, what % of golf car owners have jacked up their speed control past 20 MPH. I would bet that is OVER 30%. And I would like to see an article in the paper or somewhere where a Police person has used their radar gun on Golf Cars and what is the record highest speed. And what % are going over 30 MPH.
.........Speaking of going over 30 MPH. Anyone with EARS can just sit out in their front yard if it is on a busy street and LISTEN to the golf cars going by. You will notice that ones going above 25 MPH are much LOUDER than the ones going the 10 MPH speed limit in residential areas.
