One other thing that I have learned about where to purchase. When you find the home that you want to make an offer on. It is a good idea to go meet the next door neighbors before you make that offer.
Just tell them you are interested in the home and ask some general questions about the neighborhood...................this will give you a little insight as to what kind of neighbors you might end up with.
A great home might not be great if you end up with a neighbor that you don't hit it off with!
We did this and we were fortunate to find the home we wanted and great neighbors as well!!
