We use the Internet if we seen a home. We asked a friend to go check it out then once we came down, we stayed in Hampton Inn hotel, we contacted two real persons one village and one MLS. I would review the homes on the Internet then I would ask the real estate to show them to us, I refused any new home with Bond.
