Do you have any science at all for that assertion? Is the population of polar bears increasing or is the count becoming more inclusive and more accurate? Perhaps previously uncounted populations are now being driven into regions where counting occurs.
"Enhances life of all types?" I think you mean all types of life except those that are dying off due to excessive heat.
