Yes, great book. Accurately describes how the insurance industry (not just health) minimizes payouts with deny, delay, depose, destroy, defend, etc.
Don't have any idea if this book motivated the shooter. For all we know, he could have etched those casings to create a false motive and throw off investigators. I do not sympathize with the shooter. However, these are indeed the tactics of the insurance industry to maximize profits by minimizing claims payouts.
