The prices I stated are using our own modems, we have had good luck using the Arris Surfboard G34. Also, the internet prices are under contract and need to be periodically renegotiated. I recently got the new customer rate renewed at our Villages home by making an appointment at the Xfinity store on the corner of 441 and Rolling Acres. As a side note, I was able to get to the Xfinity store via golf cart by parking at the Sketchers Factory Outlet and crossing Rolling Acres. Best of Luck.

To clarify, it looks like that modem will not allow connection to the Xfinity home phone service.
