Short answer...you can't. At least, not more than 3 days in advance.

The tee time system will allow requests to be entered a maximum of 7 days in advance. Your name can appear on only one request per day. Plus, if your group includes any guests (sounds like it will), your request would receive the lowest priority in the request pecking order.

You can see available tee times for any course 3 days prior to the day of play. These are considered open tee times, and are available. Having guests does not impact picking up open tee times, and you can have more than one tee time per day. Snagging open tee times is different than submitting requests seven days out.

My guess is that your best approach would be a combination of sharpshooting open tee times, along with calling courses the day of play. January is the height of the busy season here, and you will be competing with a lot of folks who want to play golf. Good luck!
