What gives with Lowe's?

Do both include the same items:
Removal of old flooring?
Cleanup of the removal and prep for the new flooring?
Installation of a suitable crack barrier for the new tile?
Same grade of tile?
Removal and replacement of moldings?
Sealing of grout or the use of presealed grout?
Warranty on work for what length period?
etc.
