Although the internet has been a vehicle for a lot of good, unfortunately it at times can give rise to a very dark side of humanity that hides behind anonymity to say many awful things. A murderer is a murderer and that IS very wrong. But, the important point about this interesting situation IS that many on the internet REALIZE that it is WRONG and SHOULD BE A CRIME to deny insurance claims at a ridiculously high rate. Greed approaches a CRIME when people get a medical procedure denied that would have saved their lives.
............Let me put this on a balance beam .......DEAD customers that were denied care versus more money going into the hands of GREEDY corporations.
