Rehab/repair of infrastructure is the responsibility of the PWAC.
Maintaining an amenity for the use of residents is the responsibility of the SLAD.
The boardwalk, even with the proposed expansion, would not directly benefit the Developer so it isn’t clear why he/they would fund it.

It is part of the attractiveness of the Villages so helps the developer to sell more homes.
Having said that the developer is smarter than the rest of us having others pay for things he benefits from.
The family is made up of brilliant businessmen who have built this great place and this is why they are billionaires and we are not.
