Just as with the Brownwood windmill and water tower, there is a signed agreement that obligates the PWAC/PWF to repair/replace the boardwalk to its original condition. It cannot just be demolished, it must be replaced. This was made clear by the Developer when a similar idea was discussed regarding the Brownwood structure.
