You stated fixing/cooking meals has become tiresome and you're looking towards readymade meals.
There are options you can go to your local market; it doesn't matter which one they all seem to have them now or you can join one of the food clubs and have them delivered. But what you will find most of these meals still need a bit of prep time and I always question the quality of the contents.

Go onto YouTube and look up quick and easy meals, and put together what you want, it does require a bit of cooking but there are ways this can be done without going crazy.

It takes more time but the physical involvement and the cleaning up is minimal.
It's not mentioned on this video, but when it comes to vegetables it's not only easy, but the taste is more intense.
