Guess what. That's the best thing you can do. Turn off the computer with your power button, reboot it. Run a virus scan if you have an anti virus software. It's worked great every time. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER.

I did call that number and eventually had to get a new computer after a family member read me the riot act.
