Modern day instrument measurements have only been available for about 150 years compared to Earth's 4.5 billion history. We will see many more Hot and Cold records in the coming years ... until the Bray and Eddy solar cycles begin their cooling phases (in about 100 years or so) - and then the Cold records will increasingly outnumber Hot records as we enter the next ice age (Milankovitch) Glaciation cycle. Do not sell your snow shovel.
