Given the nature of what is considered a High Priority violation, I am comfortable eating at any restaurant which is allowed to remain open.
I can't tell you how many times I have touched a bare body part then continued with food preparation in my own kitchen... yet I have survived to write about it.
I am absolutely sure that in my refrigerator right now there are raw food products stored above ready-to-eat products.
I am no longer surprised to find an egg with a cracked shell in the carton from my refrigerator.
That these are tagged as high priority violations, corrected, and revisited makes me very comfortable that more serious violations which may be immediate threats to the public are not present.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
Confirmation bias is real; I can find any number of articles that say so.
